Some of you know that I love the snow and can’t get enough! This year I have not got to Scotland for my usual winter week! Though it looks like Scotland as come to me!
However it as been horrendous for some and my heart goes out to the farmers as we watch from the comfort of our sofas as dead and dying lambs and sheep are pulled out of the snow drifts! This will take some of the farmers along time to recover from!
Yesterday I braved the elements to go to my friend Ian’s farm in Co Down to help him feed his sheep! He was surprisingly free of deep snow but he did have more work with having to constantly check them and bring feed. He would normally expect the sheep to be out on grass at this time of year!
So while I was there I took some pictures of his flock! With the hope that looking at pictures of cute lamb would cheer us all up!
I particular like the boy going around in his jacket! I have a Marmot jacket just like it and like him I think I am super cool…….lol
